We are UK based in North Yorkshire, and we deliver online orders to all of the UK.
Anyone can checkout with Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account. Simply click on Paypal and checkout as their guest, by using your credit/debit card. You do not need to create a Paypal account. Or if you have a Paypal account you may login to your Paypal account to checkout.
So, once you reach the checkout page, you'll see there are two optional ways to checkout.
Please choose either 'Credit/Debit Card' OR 'Paypal'.
If you choose Credit/Debit Card you will checkout safely with a padlock in the browser with mysimplestore.com.
If you choose Paypal, you will checkout with Paypal, as either a guest using your credit card or you may choose to login to your Paypal account, or if you wish create a Paypal account. The choice is yours.
For customers checking out with a mobile device 'Apple Pay' will be also be provided as an optional route to checkout.
So, for online orders we accept Credit/Debit Card payments, or Paypal checkout.
Credit or debit card payments such as VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, DISCOVER, & UNION PAY are all accepted. It is that simple.

All orders are subject to Paypal authorisation, and credit/debit card authorisation (&/or Apple Pay).
Your order will be dispatched to you with Royal Mail or DPD.

£4.25 Royal Mail 24 hours Tracked Monday to Saturday (under 2 Kg).
£3.00 Royal Mail First Class (hair bows, clips & charms).
£10.00 DPD (Bags taller than 16cm - 3 to 4 days tracked).
We operate a refund & re-order system. We do not refund delivery charges.
For us to process your returns request please email us at email@example.com
within 14 days of delivery of the order, and we will email you the returns information. For us to process your refund your order must be returned back and received by us within 14 days from the day you receive the returns information. In other words, 30 days from the day you receive your online order. Please include your order paperwork/#.
For us to process your request it is essential that the order is returned in immaculate condition in exactly the same original packaging with all tags still attached, in exactly the same unworn hair free perfect condition that you received your order in, including any coat hangers, and smoke free. We are not responsible for postage fees or items that go missing in the post so we advise you keep your proof of posting and retain it for your own reference.
We recommend that you return your order by a secure method of delivery because Dolly Dog will not be held responsible for items that do not reach us, or that have been damaged due to the postal service, or that are not returned within the returns time frame.
Dolly Dog reserves the right not to refund if the item(s) are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
