Making a Purchase:
We are based in the UK and deliver online orders to the UK.
To make a purchase simply browse our shop and add any items you wish to buy, to the shopping bag. When you are ready, go to checkout where you can fill in the details to complete your order. You don't need a Paypal account to checkout using Paypal because you can check out as a Paypal guest instead, or if you have a Paypal account you can if you wish login to your Paypal account.
If you don't want to use Paypal as a checkout route, there is an alternative optional way to checkout. On the checkout page choose Credit/Debit Card instead of Paypal, and continue through the checkout process.
It's that simple.
Mobile users may see a third optional checkout route, where you may choose Apple Pay to checkout.
If you decide to register with Dollydog.co.uk, you will be responsible in keeping your password safe. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of Your Account.
So, to recap, for online orders choose Paypal, and either checkout as a Paypal guest or login to your Paypal account. If you decide to checkout as a Paypal 'guest' scroll down to use a credit or debit card payment such as VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, DISCOVER, UNION PAY. You don't need a Paypal account.
Or if you prefer, if you have a Paypal account you may wish to login to your Paypal account to checkout, to make the payment. Choose either Paypal, OR if you prefer choose Credit/Debit Card as an optional checkout route.
It's that simple.
All orders are subject to Paypal, credit/debit card authorisation. Paypal do not accept JCB card.
When checking out via our website your payment will be taken at the time of purchase and you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your item is ready for dispatch you will receive another email confirming dispatch.
Shipping & Handling:
We use Royal Mail for delivery purposes which are sent "Tracked 24" hours Monday to Saturday, other than for hair bows and hair clips that are sent Royal Mail First Class.
Whilst checking out you will be offered to provide a delivery note, to notify us of any notes you want us to know about in relation to your delivery. You may or may not wish to add the optional delivery notes.
We dispatch the same working days post if goods are ordered before 3pm (GMT).
Saturday orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 10am (GMT).

We also use DPD for large items such as Dog Carrier Bags taller than 16 cms and wider than 44 cms.
In vary rare circumstances it may take 1 full day to dispatch items but only during very busy Christmas times or in a lockdown situation, which is rare. You can chase your order by emailing email@example.com
Out of Stock Items:
Items out of stock will be stated as 'Out Of Stock' or 'oos' on the website. In the unlikely event an order is placed on an out of stock item we will notify you immediately and offer a refund and cancel the order.
Items in the 'Sale':
Sale items and Samples are shown at their reduced price online. "Sale" items or 'Sample' items cannot be exchanged and if you wish to return your Sale items or Sample items, your order must be returned back and received by us within 14 days from the day you received your order, in immaculate condition and ALL labels must still be attached and in the original packaging, along with any coat hangers, hair free, smoke free and in exactly the same perfect unused condition you received your order in. Refunds: We can only refund your item(s) by the same method of original payment, if they are unused in perfect condition with all tags still attached, hair free and smoke free. *You must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange a return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can email you our returns information. Please include your order paperwork/#.
We operate a refund and re-order system. We don't provide exchanges.
For us to process your refund we must receive your order back within 14 days of you receiving our returns form, which is 30 days from the day you receive your order, in line with the consumer guidelines when shopping online.
We are not responsible for postage fees or items that go missing in the post, so we advise you keep your own proof of posting and retain it for your own reference. We are happy to help should you have any queries. You may like to visit our Contact Us page and read our Delivery and Returns page. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, from the day we receive your order back. Orders are very rarely returned, however we are operating a quarantine department prior to inspecting returns so please bear with us while we process your return.
*Please provide your order number and/or invoice number in all correspondence when you contact us.
Cancelling Your Order: Dollydog.co.uk will try to get your order out as soon as possible and unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if it has already been packaged and dispatched and dollydog.co.uk will not be liable for the postage and packaging should this be the case.
General: Dollydog.co.uk reserves the right to refuse an order.
